It’s here and we cannot stop jumping for joy! Today is the day our first book, “Food Truck Road Trip: A Cookbook” (Page Street Publishing distributed by Macmillan) is officially released. After a year of working on this ambitious project, we’re excited to finally be able to share over 100 recipes, stories, and photos from 63 street food vendors in 12 cities across America. We can’t wait for people to read it. From American comfort food, to Asian and Latin American foods, to vegetarian, and even homemade dessert pops, you’re sure to find something for everyone.
